The rooftop pool offers stunning beach views, while the breakfast features a variety of delicious options, including organic pulled pork. Communication with the staff was seamless, as they provided helpful tips about the area. However, noise from the corridors made it difficult to sleep on a couple of nights. Additionally, the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved.

Amazing ocean views!
I stayed for 2 nights, and the ocean view was just breathtaking! The staff were super friendly and really helpful—they even arranged a last-minute tour for me. Breakfast was tasty, too! Only thing was, the room service menu could’ve had more options. Got a nice pizza though! Overall, great stay!

I had a fantastic stay at the Windsor in Rio. The ocean views from my room were absolutely stunning, and waking up to that view every morning was a dream. The rooftop pool provided the perfect place to relax after a day at the beach. Staff members were incredibly friendly and attentive. They even remembered my name, which made me feel special. The breakfast spread was impressive, with plenty of options to choose from, including fresh fruits and pastries. A downside was the noisy neighbors on the first night, which kept me up a bit. Fortunately, the next night was much quieter. Another issue was the limited space in the room initially assigned to me, but the staff quickly helped me move to a more spacious option. Plus, the beach service was a nice touch, with chairs and towels provided. Overall, the location is prime, being so close to Copacabana Beach. Just keep in mind the potential noise levels.

Stunning views and top-notch service
I had a fantastic four-night stay, enjoying the beautiful room overlooking Copacabana Beach and the amazing rooftop pool with breathtaking views. The breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of delicious options including fresh fruits and local specialties. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially João, who went above and beyond during a stressful situation regarding our travel plans. I do wish that storage in the room was a bit more ample, but overall, it was an unforgettable experience.

The hotel's location is great, right by the beach, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast had plenty of options, but the room lacked soundproofing and the ocean view was obstructed. Overall, a solid choice, but a few improvements would enhance the experience.

Highly recommend it for families
The service here was top notch. They even sent ice to my room when I hurt my knee running, didn't ask for it, just showed up! Very personal touch.
Wasn't dirt cheap, but for the experience, it felt fair enough.
